Please be aware that the shipping week is an expected shipping week. Once your order is ready to be shipped, then you will receive the date of arrival of your order in the UK. Our transport partner will send you an email with the final delivery date up to 3 working days later.
Standard and alternative delivery
NB! Unfortunately, we do not have guided prices for alternative deliveries, so each request will be handled individually. Please use the contact formula on this page to request for alternative delivery for your order.
Please be aware that if our standard delivery with a lorry (length: 16.5 m x width: 2.2 m x height: 4 m) cannot reach your address, then let us know in writing to our email. This will result in an alternative delivery which you, as the customer, will have to pay for unless you choose an alternative delivery point where standard delivery is available.
Please note that when ordering alternative delivery, you must give written notice to customer service if there is a need for delivery with a small lorry or crane truck, but only when you receive notification from us that your order is ready to be shipped from our production into the UK. This occurs shortly before your expected delivery week.

NB! Currently, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland and the islands.

*For deliveries to islands without connecting bridges, delivery will instead be made to the nearest port.

Alternative delivery:
We do not have guided pricing for alternative deliveries, so please contact us so we can give you an exact pricing.
Crane delivery: Suited for deliveries where the goods need to be lifted into your premises.
Small lorry delivery: Suited for deliveries into small access roads. Please note that this delivery method is not suitable if you have any products in your order above 2.2 m in height.
Delivery time
Please be aware that the delivery week is an expected delivery week. Once your order is ready to be shipped, then you will receive the date of arrival of your order into the UK. Our transport partner will send you an email with the final delivery date up to 3 working days later.
If you wish to have your order delivered after the earliest expected delivery time, as is shown on the website, you can choose the most suitable delivery week at checkout, before you go to payment.
Delivery
We recommend that somebody is present at the address to receive the goods. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If any damages are apparent, then report the claim to us through our claims formula. Please read the guide before filling out the formula.
Please be aware that no deliveries are made on bank holidays. These deliveries will instead take place on the next working day.
Please note! Deliveries are kerbside deliveries as standard.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that a lorry can arrive at the specified delivery address. If our standard delivery cannot access your address, then an alternative delivery method will have to be arranged. Additional costs will be incurred and required to be paid before the Buyer can receive his/her goods.
Klar must be notified in writing well in advance (at least 1 week before the expected delivery week) if the order requires an alternative delivery by a small truck or a crane truck.
